MORE FITNESS is a leading provider of training and educational services to the Health and Fitness Industry. Please browse the site for further information about the services we provide and the qualifications you can expect to gain as a successful student training on one of our courses. The Fitness industry is currently experiencing a significant shortage of qualified and experienced staff following the recent explosion of fitness centres and gyms across the country. The industry provides an excellent opportunity for both full and part time employment in a range of areas. It is particularly well suited to part-time employment because of the flexible work patterns and wide range of hours available for work. MORE FITNESS is committed to equality of opportunity, reaching out to all sections of all communities and actively encourages participation from a wide range of students. We are able to offer a range of facilities and support for students who may have special requirements. MORE FITNESS has been established since 1995 when Paul Southwell founded the organisation. He entered the fitness industry in 1986 and has had a successful career in teaching similar courses and programmes to more than 5000 successful students in various colleges across London.

Since 1995 MORE FITNESS has been responsible for providing specialist training and education courses to these students; the majority of whom have gone on to successful teaching occupations in large and small gyms, fitness centres and health clubs or as personal trainers across London and the South East of England. More recently, since 2001 MORE FITNESS has provided contracted teaching services to Newham College of Further Education (East London). Based in the colleges Centre for Innovation and Partnerships, MORE FITNESS provides education and training to Business Services projects (most usually funded through European Social Funds) which contributes a significant proportion of funding to disadvantaged people to increase employability and employment prospects.
Most recently MORE FITNESS has been chosen as the training provider by the D & B School of Performing Arts in Bromley where in addition to their theatrical training students qualify in the Exercise to Music discipline equipping them with another tool for their careers. MORE FITNESS has also been chosen by Middlesex University as training provider to educate their sports science undergraduates in the level 2 exercise and fitness qualifications. Please feel free to email us if you have any questions about the courses |
