M11 Junction 8 towards Takeley. Join B1256. Turn right at Four Ashes crossroads (traffic lights). Immediately turn left into Elm Close. Frogs Wood is situated at the end of the cul-de-sac. (through high wooden gates). Ample parking is available.

By Public Transport:

Stansted Express from Liverpool Street, Tottehnam Hale or Stratford Train Stations to Stansted Airport or Stansted Airport Buses from various London venues

From Stansted Airport, either;

· 20 minute walk

· 133 bus from Stansted Airport bus terminus towards Chelmsford – alight at 4 Ashes Inn crossroads

· Taxi from Taxi Rank at arrivals hall

· Collection by More Fitness by prior arrangement
