This is the most popular course in our entire offer. This ETM is the basis for the underpinning knowledge for the exercise and fitness environment and covers units 1, 2, 3, 4, 7 and 8 of the Certificate in Fitness Instructing qualification.

Exercise to Music Teaching Training (ETM) Level 2

This course will appeal more to the Gym focused professional. You will learn the underpinning knowledge for the exercise and fitness environment and will cover units 1, 2, 3, 4, 5 and 6 of the Certificate in Fitness Instructing qualification.

Text Box: Emergency First Aid at Work develops the First Aid skills of an individual. When these skills are applied, they can help save a life until Emergency Services arrive. The qualification covers a wide range of essential skills including how to manage in an emergency CPR and how to and when to put an injured person into the recovery position.

Circuits is the course designed for delivering high quality and effective Circuit classes in Gyms. You will learn how to put together circuits, combine high and low intensity aerobic exercises with strength and conditioning exercises.
