Paul Southwell
MA, MSc, MTeach, Dip Ed. 
Paul was educated at the University of London
where he gained a Diploma in Education and an MA Degree in Lifelong Learning,
researching into the progression routes of Fitness Instructors. He went on to
study Gerontology gaining an MSc Degree in Life Course Development. He then
completed a Masters in Teaching Degree at the Institute of Education
with research focusing on Gerogogy. He is a Fellow of the Institute for
Learning.

Paul is fully qualified in each of the courses currently
available at More Fitness. He has also been employed by OCR as a chief examiner and verifier.
Paul has experience of delivering and validating these
courses throughout Europe, including Northern Ireland,
Ireland
and Malta.
Vanessa Vella 
Vanessa has been involved with sport and fitness from a
young age. Her main interests were netball, gymnastics and trampoline, for
recreation. She also represented the London Borough of Waltham Forest in
basketball and field and track where she won various medals.
She
took a break from industry when she became a mother of two but then resumed and
diverted her interests when she gained an OCR
qualification in Exercise to Music and Step in 2004. Vanessa continued her
professional development in 2006 when she gained her Pilates teaching
qualification. Recently Vanessa successfully completed her level 3 Gym
Instructor course.
Vanessa
currently teaches exercise to music across London in several health clubs and leisure
centres. She is also the group exercise leader for some centres in Waltham Forest.
Whilst
teaching classes, Vanessa is also undertaking the City and Guilds 7404
(Certificate in Further and Adult Teaching) where she aims to gain more skills
and knowledge in the teaching of adults.
Janice Marsh 
Jan has been teaching for the past five years and is
qualified in Gym, Exercise to Music and Aqua and level 3 Pilates and Gym. She
teaches a variety of classes in health clubs and leisure centres across Essex and East London.
Franco

Franco has been
in the fitness industry for the past 15 years and holds a BSc in Sport and
Exercise Science specializing in the clinical sector, he is qualified in a
range of disciplines including Personal Training, Pilates, Exercise to Music,
Aqua, Gym and Step. He also specializes in working in the area of GP referrals
and holds a BACR (British Association of Cardiac Rehabilitation) qualification.
He is also a qualified assessor and working towards his internal verifier
qualification.
Franco is
currently studying for Masters Degree in Exercise for Health
Mandy Rawsthorne 
Mandy has been
working in the fitness industry for approximately 14 years. She teaches a
variety of classes daily and is qualified in Exercise to Music, Circuits,
Spinning, Step, Aqua, Khaibo and Supple Strength. She specializes in Chair Based exercise, Exercise
for seniors, Cardiac Rehab and Exercise and Pregnancy. She has been tutoring ETM for 3 years.
Mandy holds a City
& Guilds 7407 Stage 1 & 11 Teaching Certificate and has just started
her 3rd year in this qualification. She is also a qualified assessor and
recently completed her A1 Assessor's award. She is currently undertaking a CYQ
Assessors Qualification.
